Founded in 1980 by Rizzo Salvatore, GARI is a company that was born as a small company dedicated to mechanical processing. In the following years, it grows and faces the Automotive sector, specializing in the construction of thermoplastic molds for car air conditioning systems.

With the refinement of experience, GARI has opened up to constant collaboration with original equipment suppliers for the most important car manufacturers, therefore dedicating itself to the construction of multi-material molds starting from components for car interiors up to the construction of molds with highly aesthetic finish assemblies for rear and front lenses, as well as optics and light guide milling.

Continuously looking for the highest quality and with the primary objective of satisfying the continuous and varied demands of the market, for over 40 years GARI has been one of the leading manufacturers of complex thermoplastic and thermosetting molds of medium and large sizes for multi-material plastic components. The design, development of mathematical models and processing take place with the use of continuously updated CAD / CAM systems. The specific steels and the relative heat treatments to which they are subjected are suitably applied according to the plastic materials to be used and the production needs of the customer.

GARI is, in particular, specialized in the design and construction of precision molds for the Automotive sector and, being able to perform tests and sampling in its own molding department, it offers the customer support from design to construction.
